Built for Chemical Duty at Full Commercial Pressure

The Centurion Hi-Viz Spray Gun with Built-In Swivel is engineered for operations that run aggressive chemicals at full commercial pressure and cannot afford a gun that fails halfway through the season. Rated at 12 GPM and 5,000 PSI with a maximum temperature of 320°F, it covers the flow, pressure, and hot water range that commercial pressure washing, jetting, and hydro excavation work demands. The acid rated construction and Italian built in inlet swivel address the two points where standard guns tend to give out first, chemical degradation and fitting wear from hose twist.

Acid Rated Construction for Sustained Chemical Exposure

Detergents, degreasers, and surfactants break down internal components in guns not specified for chemical service, producing leaks, sticking triggers, and unplanned downtime. The Centurion Hi-Viz is acid rated throughout, allowing it to hold its seal under sustained chemical exposure rather than degrading after repeated use. Combined with a 320°F temperature rating, the gun handles hot water and steam applications where chemical and thermal stress compound on each other. For dealers, this is the gun to stock for customers who have already burned through standard triggers in chemical service.

Built-In Swivel and Operator Comfort Over Long Shifts

The Italian built in inlet swivel lets the hose rotate freely at the connection point instead of transferring twist into the gun body and the operator's wrist. That reduces kinking, extends fitting life, and removes a constant source of strain on high volume jobs. The relaxed trigger and rubberized anti fatigue grip work toward the same end, requiring less holding force and providing a secure, non slip surface in wet conditions. The Hi-Viz Orange body keeps the tool visible on busy sites and in low light, reducing the chance of it being stepped on, driven over, or lost.

Precision Specs

  • Flow Rate Capacity: Rated for up to 12 GPM.

Field Ready Durability and Straightforward Setup

The built in swivel is the detail that separates this gun from a standard trigger over the long run, because it removes the twisting load that quietly destroys fittings and wears out operators. Paired with acid rated construction, it targets the two most common causes of spray gun replacement in commercial service. Installation is straightforward with standard threading on both the 3/8" inlet and 1/4" outlet, connecting directly to existing equipment without adapters. Flushing with clean water after chemical use and checking the trigger assembly for debris will keep the gun performing through extended service.
